The Company's main activity scope is the
development and commercialization of new
technologies and hardware for defense
applications. The Company carries out the
identification of investors and is self-investing
in the development and commercialization of
new technologies as well as in manufacturing
defense and dual-use products. Over years of
existence, CIT has been engaged with more
than 30 Ukrainian companies, primarily in the
machine-building industry and the defense-
industrial complex.

Company Investment & Technology has been engaged in a range of projects which are well known both domestically and outside Ukraine. One such is the design and development of the Kolchuga long-range passive electronic monitoring radar system which was awarded Ukraine's State Prize 2005 in Science and Engineering.
No less successful were projects where the Company assisted by self-investing in the development of selected components for new precision guided weapons designs, particularly the 100mm anti-tank guided missile (ATGM) system 'Stugna' and a digital stabilizer for tank gun fire control applications.

Digital stabilizer is a device that performs as a non-rotating gyro. The given invention has the potential to find wide area of application in any hardware types employing gyroscopes –aircraft and rocketry, shipbuilding, submarine force etc. The mentioned technical solutions for precision guided attack applications are protected with more than 30 patents and 'knows-how' with potentially high value in the order of dozens and hundreds of millions of hryvnias. |
The Company currently holds more than 100 patents on inventions. The scope of the Company's business has been growing to include new areas in addition to the development of new technologies and equipment. The Company has successfully sold some of its designs to customers in neighboring countries and elsewhere in the world.
